There are lots of examples for her where she teared down the humbling actions against women, even though politicians were expected to be toady and hypocrite for gaining votes in the elections. Leslie is a great character for never doing anything she is against of or that will make her lose her morals. She does not insult her female competitors and highlights the significance of sisterhood.  She tries to shatter the prejudice against women in any field and shows all the women that if you fight right, not afraid and speak up, you can beat the boys club and join them.
